ML Lead (Fractional for Health Care Start Up)

Introduction:

DBESTWORKZ LLC is hiring a Fractional ML Lead to join our team. In the short-term, this individual will work with our existing ML team to continue retrospective evaluation of seizure detection and prediction models, prepare models for prospective evaluation, and deploy these models on our mobile and cloud platforms in real-time. In the long-term, we are looking for someone to lead our broader ML efforts within epilepsy and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with existing ML team to evaluate and prepare models for prospective evaluation
• Work with SW team to deploy models on mobile and cloud platforms for real-time personalization
• Lead and set the tone for broader ML efforts within the company

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Machine Learning (ML) experience
• Experience with Cloud Computing
• Health Care industry knowledge
• Experience with Real-time data processing
• Strong Research background
• Experience in Recruiting and Management
• Evaluation skills
• Time Series data analysis

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with neural or other time-series signals
• Comfortable across ML research, ML engineering, and management
• Academic background with a history of publications
