As a Staff Program Manager, you will lead efforts to ensure experts are prepared and that changes are implemented with excellence, enabling teams to delight customers. Successful candidates bring strong change management experience and are passionate about improving processes, partnering across teams, and driving large-scale change with speed, quality, and high adoption.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of initiatives and ensure readiness workstreams are clearly identified, planned, and executed to a defined “Definition of Done,” delivering an excellent expert experience during change
- Assess risk across multiple workstreams and drive appropriate mitigation efforts, prioritization, and tradeoffs to ensure on-time releases with high adoption and minimal defects
- Partner with product and communication teams to understand roadmaps and proactively communicate upcoming changes
- Validate readiness, oversee releases, and evaluate post-launch performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Continually optimize change delivery by improving speed, clarity, scalability, and sustainability of planning and execution practices
- Partner with, educate, roadshow, and mentor stakeholders on change management best practices
- Role-model expert advocacy by translating quantitative and qualitative expert insights into actionable readiness improvements from inception through post-implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA a plus
- 3–5 years of proven performance in change management
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience working across multiple programs and business units in a large, fast-moving, enterprise-level environment
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver outcomes tied to business objectives
- Trusted strategic partner with the ability to build strong relationships and influence across teams
- Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline and optimize business tasks
- Lean or Six Sigma experience a plus
