- 5+ years of HVAC and general maintenance experience required, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC and building mechanical systems
- Ability to read instructions, safety procedures, and maintenance documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and team members professionally
- Proficiency using mobile devices, tablets, and basic computer systems for reporting and documentation
- Ability to manage work orders efficiently and maintain organized service records
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and up to 75 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including package and split units
- Inspect and service components such as belts, pulleys, compressors, fan motors, blower motors, burners, heat exchangers, and safety controls
- Safely handle and manage refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations
- Diagnose and repair common mechanical and electrical issues, including contactors, circuit boards, condensing units, and system leaks
- Service and perform basic repairs on steam and hot water boiler systems, and evaluate airflow and ducting issues
- Complete work orders, service reports, inspection documentation, and photos using tablets or mobile devices
- Perform minor facility maintenance tasks, including plumbing repairs, light electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and carpentry
- Conduct facility and asset inspections to identify maintenance needs and recommend solutions
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely updates and high service satisfaction
- Follow all safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company procedures while completing work orders
- Provide estimates for additional repair or maintenance services when needed
- Travel locally between commercial properties to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance
