Job Title: Senior Technical Architect (AEM Forms)
Duration: 6-Month Contract to Hire

Qualifications & Experience
Required
10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in a dedicated AEM architecture or senior AEM engineering capacity.
Deep expertise in AEM Sites and AEM Forms, including AEM as a Cloud Service, Adaptive Forms, Form Data Models, and Document Services.
Demonstrated experience leading scripted or automated form migration programs involving large-scale form portfolios.
Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) microservice development, RESTful API design, and enterprise integration patterns.
Practical experience with OSGi/Felix, Sling, JCR/Oak, HTL (Sightly), and AEM Core Components.
Solid grounding in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent) and architecture governance processes.
Proven ability to lead technical cross-functional teams and communicate complex architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience operating within regulated industries (financial services, insurance, or comparable) with an understanding of data privacy, security classification, and audit requirements.
Preferred
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) — AEM Sites Developer, AEM Forms, or equivalent certification.
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), or Real-Time CDP.
Familiarity with AEM Universal Editor, Content Fragment-based architectures, and Edge Delivery Services (EDS).
Exposure to Cloud Manager, CI/CD pipeline tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), and containerized deployment patterns.
Working knowledge of front-end technologies (React, TypeScript) as they relate to AEM headless and hybrid delivery models.
Experience with form data modeling against enterprise financial data domains (account, customer, transaction schemas).
Educational Qualifications:
· Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
· Preferred - Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.
Travel:
· Open to travel based-up on the nature of the engagement.
