Epic ECSA Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Epic application environments and supporting infrastructure.
• Manage and support Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation solutions to streamline system administration and operational tasks.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, troubleshooting, and performance tuning activities.
• Monitor system health, identify issues proactively, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Epic application teams, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to support ongoing projects and operational needs.
• Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and configuration standards.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security, change management, and operational policies.
• Provide support for production issues, maintenance activities, and system enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Epic ECSA (Epic Certified Systems Administrator) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Windows Server administration (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree requirement).
• Strong experience with Windows Server management, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell or similar tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale application environments and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of system monitoring, performance optimization, backup, and recovery processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
