Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on programming experience in Apex and Lightning components. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Salesforce applications while working in an Agile (Scrum) environment. The candidate will participate in full SDLC activities, system integrations, upgrades, and production support.

The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, and secure solution design on the Force.com platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement declarative solutions using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver work according to Definition of Done.
• Perform system analysis, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support classic-to-lightning migrations and data migration activities.
• Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Develop documentation and maintain version control.
• Provide on-call production support when required.

Required Qualifications (Must Have 8+ Years)

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• Apex programming
• Apex Triggers
• Visualforce Pages
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Aura Components
• Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
• End-to-end Salesforce implementation experience:
• Classic to Lightning upgrades
• Data migrations
• System integrations
• 3rd party application integrations
• Experience with OAuth authentication and API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of:
• REST & SOAP web services
• JSON & XML
• HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud and on-prem systems.
• Strong understanding of:
• SDLC
• Change management
• Version control
• Secure solution architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• DevOps experience (CI/CD, Flosum, Git).
• Experience creating custom Reports & Dashboards.
• Agile/Scrum experience
