Job Description:
The Active Directory Delivery Leader is responsible for shaping, designing, and delivering complex security solutions that meet business requirements. This role blends the responsibilities of a project architect, delivery engineer, and project manager, requiring both deep technical expertise and strong strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and translate business requirements to envision, architect, and design cybersecurity solutions.
Strategize, plan, and execute end-to-end project delivery while maintaining a clear execution roadmap.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across technical and business domains.
Develop detailed project plans using Microsoft Project and track execution progress.
Create architectural diagrams using Microsoft Visio to communicate solution designs.
Prepare accurate project estimates and delivery timelines.
Break down complex technical challenges into manageable components by identifying root causes, symptoms, and appropriate solutions.
Drive proactive engagement to ensure risks and issues are identified early and addressed effectively.
Maintain flexibility to manage evolving objectives while ensuring successful project completion.
Leverage AI tools, including Copilot, to enhance productivity and solution development.
Technical Expertise:
Extensive experience in Windows and Linux system administration.
Strong proficiency in Active Directory, including UPN transformation and cross-domain migrations during mergers and acquisitions.
Experience designing and implementing Federated Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access policies.
Expertise in password less authentication and MFA technologies, including YubiKey, Microsoft Windows Hello for Business, and RSA SecurID.
Hands-on experience with Centrify Server Suite.
Strong understanding of core networking concepts and database administration.
