Project Manager - Executive (Non-Tech)

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to drive the successful implementation of project deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your leadership skills can shine.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of project deliverables defined in the project charter, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Engage and inform key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining effective communication and collaboration.
• Define, estimate, and schedule project tasks while identifying resource requirements to meet project commitments.
• Hold team members accountable for delivering on project plans and provide coaching and mentoring as needed.
• Utilize approved project management methodologies and maintain accurate project artifacts and records.
• Analyze project performance, create cost-benefit analyses, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and progress reports, outlining project status, risks, and action plans.
• Transition projects into daily business operations effectively upon completion.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) methods.
• Background in business, finance, mathematics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to balance political, economic, social, and technological factors effectively.
