PeopleSoft Functional Analyst (General Ledger)

Overview: The Organization/agency has been using PeopleSoft Financials as its production financials application with the following modules: General Ledger, Commitment Control, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Billing, and Asset Management. Currently the agency is using PeopleSoft version 9.2/Image 52 with tools 8.61. The Organization uses ADFS plug-in with PeopleSoft for single sign-on functionality. PeopleSoft is also integrated with Oracle EPM and Coupa in the cloud.

The Organization recently upgraded to PeopleSoft version 9.2/Image 52. In addition to post upgrade support, normal production support activities such as adding new reports and enhancements to PeopleSoft Financials will be underway during the timeframe of this task order. Several other projects may also be underway: completing the Insight dashboards effort and upgrading OS RHEL v7 to v9.

Objective: The Organization is seeking a PeopleSoft Functional Specialist to support the agency''''s PeopleSoft system. The focus of the Functional Specialist will be to assist the post upgrade support for our PeopleSoft Financials 9.2/Image 52 as well as to provide production support and continued development and testing of PeopleSoft Financials and related applications. Additional responsibilities include completing the Insight dashboards effort. The Functional Specialist will potentially assist with the modules the agency is currently using or may implement. The Functional Specialist will assist the PeopleSoft support staff and work directly with the Office of Finance, Office of Acquisitions and Office of Logistics and Support.

 Position Responsibilities

·       Support the post upgrade of the agency''''s ERP PeopleSoft Financials production application PeopleSoft image 21 to Image 52.

·       Assist with evaluating additional functionality and using current functionality in other ways to increase the benefits of the application for the agency.

·       Plan and complete the Insight dashboards effort, to include standing up the capability and build the module specific dashboards.

·       Work directly with the staff and other consultants to support the PeopleSoft system, users and related projects.

 Position Requirements

 Over 10 years of related professional experience, with full lifecycle experience as a PeopleSoft Financials Functional Consultant in a large scale financial systems environment.

·       Knowledge and experience working with the General Ledger, Commitment Control, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Billing, and Asset Management modules in PeopleSoft Financials with relevant experience in version 9.2.

Note: Knowledge and experience with the following is a plus, but not required:

·       PeopleSoft Financials at a federal entity;

·       Working with entry events and the flow of accounting transactions between Purchasing, Commitment Control, and General Ledger; and/or

·       PeopleSoft reporting tools (nVision, Crystal, PS Query), and PeopleSoft security administration.
