Role: Certified Workday Integration Developer (Senior)
Location: Culver City, CA (100% On-site - Local Preferred)
Compensation: $80.00/hr (W2)
Duration: 6 Months
Position Overview
We are seeking a Workday Certified Senior Integration Developer with 7+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy complex integrations. This role requires a deep technical background in Workday Studio and XSLT 3.0, specifically within Workday Financials environments, to support finance, payroll, and legal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Integration Development: Build and deploy integrations using EIB, Core Connector, SSK, XSLT 3.0, and Workday Studio.
* Financials Integration: Manage PECI and PICOF integrations for Payroll and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows.
* Complex Reporting: Design and test advanced reports required for data movement and analytics strategy.
* Lead Functions: Serve as the integration lead, managing projects and collaborating with the Workday product team to add new features.
* System Maintenance: Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations, dashboards, and apps to ensure seamless vendor connectivity.
* Collaboration: Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to define business requirements and resolve system pain points.
Required Qualifications
* Must be Workday Certified (Certification must be visible on resume).
* 7+ years of Workday Integration experience (APIs, EIB, PECI, PICOF, Studio).
* 5+ years of specific experience in Workday Financials implementation.
* 3+ years in a Lead role managing integration projects.
* Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of XSLT 3.0 and Workday Studio.
* Certifications: Integration Core, CCTPP, and Studio are highly preferred.
