Job Details Lead entitlement-driven civil engineering projects
Coordinate with agencies, planners, and developers
Oversee grading, drainage, and utility design
Mentor and review associate and junior engineers

Qualifications
BS in Civil Engineering
10+ years of land development experience
California PE required
Strong understanding of entitlement and approval processes
