 We are looking for an experienced Oracle Channel Revenue Management (ChRM) Architect / Lead to support and lead Oracle Cloud implementations and enhancements. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to design, configure, and optimize Channel Revenue Management processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle ChRM implementation and support activities
  • Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions
  • Configure and manage rebates, promotions, claims, and channel programs
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Order Management, Pricing, and Finance
  • Support integrations, testing, and user training
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support
  • Prepare functional documentation and reports

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Oracle Channel Revenue Management (ChRM)
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud applications
  • Good understanding of trade promotions, rebates, and channel programs
  • Experience in system integrations and testing
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead project activities
