Responsibilities:
This person will focus on high-impact technical and strategic pillars, as part of a People Analytics team operating with our People (HR) org. Key tasks will be:
Converting recurring manual requests across disparate data sources into automated, unified, self-service tools that speed time-to-insight and time-to-decision for the People/HR function.
Supporting complex research projects and analyses to predict trends and prescribe actions related to People topics like hiring, retention, and engagement.
Serving as a consultant and enablement provider alongside people analytics team members, translating workforce data and insights into actionable paths and building capabilities among users.
Databricks tools (e.g. unity catalog, AI/BI dashboards) will be leveraged heavily.
Location for this position can be anywhere in the U.S.
