Roles Responsibilities
Dynatrace Platform Ownership Administer and maintain the Dynatrace platform| including upgrades| configurations| integrations| and governance. Deploy and manage One Agents and Active Gates across cloud| on premise| and containerized environments (Kubernetes OpenShift).
Build and manage dashboards| alerts| SLOs| custom events| tagging rules| and management zones.
Observability APM Engineering Implement end-to-end monitoring for applications| APIs| infrastructure| logs| and user experience.
Configure distributed tracing| service flow mapping| synthetic monitoring| and RUM.
Develop automated instrumentation strategies for microservices| serverless functions| and container workloads.
Performance Reliability Engineering Analyze application performance| latency| bottlenecks| and error trends using Davis AI insights.
Partner with application teams to drive performance tuning and root-cause remediation.
Define SLOs SLIs aligned with business KPIs and reliability objectives.
