Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Training Specialist to support technical training delivery, curriculum development, and learning content maintenance for software systems, IT operations, and support processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing instructor-led and web-based training programs, creating job aids and supporting materials, and delivering technical training to both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs
• Create instructor-led and web-based learning content
• Develop job aids, videos, training documentation, and curriculum materials
• Conduct technical training classes related to software solutions, IT security, system installation, software maintenance, and operational support
• Work with LMS and eLearning authoring tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to revise curriculum and assess training needs
• Maintain technical learning documentation and support materials
• Support classroom training, multimedia learning, workshops, and computer-based instruction

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing training curricula
• 8+ years of experience developing instructor-led and web-based training programs
• 5+ years conducting technical training classes
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools
• Strong experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience training on software solutions, IT systems, IT security, and operational support processes

Preferred Skills:

• Experience delivering technical training in cloud-based technology environments
