• 1 year of call center experience


• Strong passion for gaming, gaming platforms, and industry trends


• Experience with email platforms (Outlook) and customer support software


• Excellent written communication skills, including grammar and spelling


• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities


• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in high-pressure situations


• Strong time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, resolving complaints and technical issues


• Troubleshoot issues across gaming platforms (console, PC, and mobile)


• Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to customers


• Utilize knowledge base articles and support tools to deliver accurate solutions


• Document customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up and resolution


• Maintain high performance in a metric-driven customer support environment


• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer experience
