Job Description:
The claims analyst sets up claims, reviews payment reports for accuracy and compliance.
The position investigates, analyzes, and resolves recovery/subrogation claims and may also handle liability and property damage claims.
Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing evidence, interviewing involved parties, maintaining claim documentation, negotiating resolutions, pursuing recovery for damage to company property, and supporting claim setup and other administrative claim functions.
Responsible for overseeing claims processing and payments to third-party providers, monitoring charges and verifying correct payment of claims, sending denial letters on claims and sending follow-up requests for information.
Requirement:
Minimum 3 years of experience in claims administration/investigation, liability analysis, and case-management experience.
Excellent written/verbal communication and ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent training and/or experience, required.
