Job Description

Design and maintain Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Models aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
Translate complex retirement business requirements into normalized and dimensional data models.
Ensure consistency and traceability across conceptual, logical, and physical layers.
Drive data model governance, standards, naming conventions, and best practices.

Retirement Domain Expertise

Model data for retirement products including:

Defined Contribution (401k, 403b, Roth)
Defined Benefit (Pension)
IRAs, Rollovers, Annuities

Understand and model core retirement concepts:

Participants, Plans, Sponsors, Beneficiaries
Contributions, Allocations, Vesting, Loans, Distributions
Account balances, investment options, fund performance

Incorporate regulatory and compliance considerations such as:

IRS regulations (e.g., contribution limits, RMDs)
ERISA reporting and disclosures
Tax treatments and compliance attributes
