Oracle Integrations Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client located in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a hands-on Integration Engineer to support and scale a large, complex Oracle integration environment. This is an immediate need for a fast-paced team that is stabilizing and modernizing its integration landscape while internal job descriptions and team structures are being refined.

Responsibilities:
* Build, support, and maintain 300+ existing integrations across multiple enterprise systems
* Develop and manage cloud-to-cloud integrations within the Oracle ecosystem
* Design, implement, and support API-based integrations using REST services
* Focus heavily on demographic and business application data flows
* Troubleshoot, stabilize, and scale integrations in a production environment
* Participate in on-call rotation to support critical integrations
* Collaborate closely with internal teams during a period of process and role definition

Support integrations across:
* HR and Lead Management systems
* People Information systems
* Accounting and Payroll platforms
* Business application integrations

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience building and maintaining multiple Oracle integrations at scale
* Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs
* Experience supporting API-driven integrations in Oracle Cloud environments
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on role
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

Strong experience within the Oracle ecosystem, including:
* Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
* Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
* BI Publisher (BIP)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
