Lead ERP Support Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance

You’re not just clicking tickets closed. You’re the steady hand behind the scenes keeping the financial engine running.

iSphere’s client is looking for a true lead for their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance environment. Someone who understands accounting and systems. Someone who can talk to controllers and developers in the same meeting without switching personalities.

You’ll own the Finance side of D365. Troubleshooting. Improving. Configuring. Guiding others. Making things cleaner and smarter over time.

If you like being the go to person and actually shaping how the system works instead of just reacting to it, this is your kind of seat.

Day to day, you’ll support core finance modules like GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and reporting. You’ll handle deeper Level 2 and 3 issues, partner with the business to gather requirements, roll out enhancements, and make sure updates and deployments don’t disrupt operations. You’ll also mentor junior analysts and help raise the bar for the whole support team.

It’s part problem solver, part architect, part translator between finance and IT.

What you must bring

• 5+ years supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Strong understanding of finance processes including GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and reporting
• Experience handling Level 2 and Level 3 ERP support and troubleshooting
• SQL skills and comfort working with data
• Experience with Lifecycle Services and Azure DevOps
• Ability to work onsite in Houston

Nice to have

• Power BI or Power Platform experience
• D365 Supply Chain exposure
• Integrations or API experience
• Dynamics certifications
