Oracle Cloud Functional Lead (PO, Procurement Contracts, SSP)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Lead Procurement with strong expertise in Purchase Orders (PO), Procurement Contracts, and Supplier Self-Service Procurement (SSP) modules. The ideal candidate will have prior experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud within K-12 school districts, higher education, or public sector/government organizations, with a solid understanding of public procurement regulations, fund accounting, and compliance requirements.

This role will lead functional design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Cloud Procurement solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience (EBS and/or Fusion).

• 2+ full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Purchase Orders

  • Procurement Contracts

  • Supplier Self-Service Procurement (SSP)

• Experience supporting K-12 school districts, higher education, or public sector organizations.

• Knowledge of fund accounting and encumbrance accounting.

• Experience with budgetary control and public sector compliance requirements.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
