GRC Business Analyst with strong
Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience to support our Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance team. You'll help build and enhance our Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) program while supporting broader risk and compliance initiatives.
What You'll Do- Gather and document business and technical requirements for IAM and GRC projects.
- Translate IAM concepts (RBAC, provisioning, entitlements, certifications, JML) into clear business requirements.
- Create workflows, use cases, and business rules for IGA solutions.
- Support risk assessments, remediation tracking, and audit activities.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Partner with IT, InfoSec, and vendors to deliver system enhancements and ensure operational readiness.
What You Bring- 5+ years in business analysis, GRC, risk assessments, or IT/security systems support.
- 3+ years hands-on IAM experience with IGA platforms, PAM, or Access Management tools.
- Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile/Waterfall and security governance concepts.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $71.16/hr.
