Corporate Communications Specialist/Executive Presentation Designer/Senior Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Presentation Producer/Communications Specialist to support executive communications and strategic visual storytelling initiatives. This role will focus on creating executive-ready presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and communication materials by transforming complex cybersecurity and technical information into clear, concise, and impactful messaging for senior leadership audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations, templates, dashboards, and executive reporting materials.
• Partner with cybersecurity, IT, and business leaders to translate technical concepts, risks, and program updates into compelling visual narratives.
• Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, messaging, and presentation quality across all deliverables.
• Conduct detailed quality reviews to ensure executive-level accuracy, clarity, and readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness, storytelling, and content structure.
• Support documentation and knowledge transfer material preparation as needed.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in executive communications, presentation production, visual communications, content creation, or related fields.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and executive-level presentation design.
• Strong experience creating materials for executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complex technical or cybersecurity content into business-focused messaging.
• Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, editorial, and visual communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and quality control.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting cybersecurity or IT organizations.
• Media relations and executive presentation experience preferred.
• Experience with leadership reporting, scorecards, and strategic communications.
