Job Description 

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst 5 to lead complex application initiatives and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role requires deep expertise in business analysis, technical documentation, and collaboration with architects and development teams on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Lead discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams to align requirements
• Analyze project data and provide insights to support decision-making
• Evaluate build vs. buy solutions and modernization of legacy systems
• Ensure software solutions are delivered on time and within scope
• Mentor junior business analysts and promote best practices
• Support integration and scalability of enterprise applications
Required Skills & Experience:
• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 8+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical design documents
• Expertise reviewing technical designs for quality and accuracy
• Experience with responsive, human-centered application design
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Hybrid SDLC methodologies
• Proficiency with process modeling and business analysis tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of enterprise systems integration and modern IT infrastructure
