Job Details
Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator supports the project team by helping manage administrative, communication, and coordination tasks throughout the project lifecycle. This role ensures seamless flow of information, assists with project documentation, and helps maintain schedules and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist project teams with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting minutes.
Coordinate communication among internal staff, external partners, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Organize and maintain project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, permits, and correspondence.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to support schedule adherence.
Prepare and distribute project reports, summaries, and updates.
Support project closeout activities, including final documentation, punch lists, and archiving files.
Help maintain project budgets and cost tracking as directed by project leadership.
Facilitate smooth administrative workflows and assist with special tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Prior experience in construction administration, project coordination, or related role is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Effective communication skills-both written and verbal.
Proficiency with project management software and standard office tools (e.g., MS Office).
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to supporting project needs.
