Job Title: Senior Appian Developer / Technical Lead

Job Responsibilities:
- Senior Appian Developer / Technical Lead with strong hands-on Appian development experience and practical expertise in Appian AI and Document Center / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
- The candidate should have experience designing and developing enterprise Appian applications, including document-processing workflows covering document ingestion, classification, data extraction, human validation, exception handling, and workflow integration.
Required Skills:
- 8–12 years of overall IT experience with strong Appian development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAIL, Process Models, Records, Expression Rules, Interfaces, and integrations.
- Hands-on Appian AI experience.
- Hands-on Appian Document Center / IDP experience.
- Experience with document ingestion, classification, data extraction, and human validation workflows.
- Strong REST API and enterprise integration experience.
- Experience providing technical leadership, solution/design guidance, and code reviews.
Required Education: At least a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
Necessary Skills: Appian, Appian AI, Document Center / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), SAIL, Process Models, Records, Integrations.
