Role Description & Responsibilities We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to drive the development and deployment of next-generation AI Factory solutions within our High-Tech Industry organization.
As the
AI Factory Solution Experience Manager, you will define and deliver transformative, data-driven experiences by leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, virtual twins, Model-Based Systems Engineering and the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform. Your mission is to help high-tech manufacturers . deliver configurable, traceable, and simulation-ready AI factory designs, to reduce Time to first token and increase Tokens per Watt.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution-bridging business needs with cutting-edge technology to create scalable, high-value industrial solutions.
We are looking to fill this position in San Francisco / Santa Clara, CA.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop the strategic roadmap for AI-enabled manufacturing transformation.
Identify, prioritize, and develop high-impact AI use cases across production, operations, and supply chain
Partner closely with R&D, Services, Sales, and industrial stakeholders to align innovation with market opportunities
Ensure seamless integration across the broader Dassault Systmes solution portfolio.
Establish solution frameworks that meet scalability, security, and interoperability requirements
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and best practices.
Oversee Proofs of Value (PoVs) to validate business impact and accelerate adoption.
Develop compelling value propositions tailored to both executive stakeholders and engineering teams
Serve as a thought leader by representing Dassault Systmes at industry conferences, publications, and technical forums
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning
Champion internal initiatives such as hackathons, AI upskilling, and knowledge-sharing programs
Promote ethical AI practices and responsible innovation across the organization
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field, MBA a plus
- 8+ years' experience in technical consulting, including leading AI, industrial automation or smart manufacturing initiatives
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the AI Factories and high-tech domain
- Demonstrated success in managing digital transformation projects
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and influencing strategic business decisions
- Ability to demonstrate leadership to both internal and external teams
- Exposure to Dassault Systmes Product Portfolio a plus
- Effective Relationship Building Skills
- Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal

Compensation & BenefitsDassault Systmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $155000 and $180000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
