The Business Solutions Group handles a signification amount of RFP development and is a gap for the current team. This is an important need.
- Looking for another PM with experience working with clients on Healthcare IT system business requirements. Looking for a PM with IT healthcare experience.

- Experience with both Project Management and Leadership roles (ability to manage multiple responsibilities)
- This person will need to be adaptable (at times working as a PM and at other times engaging directly in operational work)
- Strong communication skills and ability to listen to others
- Experience collaborating with executives, individual contributors, sub-contractors etc.
- Certifications are a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead project planning, timelines, and resources for program portfolio activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure the program meets our contractual obligations.
- Strong management and collaboration with subcontractors
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across the project and program portfolio.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, progress reports, and communication plans.
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle as a structured project process-including drafting, competitive/noncompetitive procurements, negotiations, routing, and finalization.
- Track portfolio-level milestones, deliverables, and financial projections.
- Ensure contract projects remain aligned with compliance, privacy, budget, and program goals.
- Serve as project coordinator for subcontractor related workstreams.
- Monitor vendor performance through structured review processes and ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
- Facilitate project-based issue tracking and resolution among vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure project work aligns with HIPAA, IRB, state and federal funding requirements, and organizational policies.
- Maintain version control, documentation standards, and audit readiness across program projects.
- Collaborate with Legal/Compliance to align agreements with regulatory and privacy expectations.
- Identify new business opportunities through portfolio analysis and strategic project planning.
- Support proposal development, scoping, and stakeholder presentations.
- Build relationships that support portfolio growth and long-term client engagement.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
