Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Healthcare Business / Process Analyst with strong domain expertise in payer/provider operations and hands-on experience supporting automation initiatives (RPA – UiPath). This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can bridge business needs with automation solutions in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand provider operations workflows
Analyze and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes across:
- Provider onboarding
- Credentialing
- Network management
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, exceptions, and automation opportunities
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for RPA (UiPath) teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, technology, operations)
Support UAT, validation, and deployment of automation solutions
Ensure accurate documentation of business rules, dependencies, and compliance requirements (Medicare/Medicaid)

Required Skills

Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Process Analyst
Deep expertise in Healthcare Payer/Provider domain
Experience with:
- Provider onboarding, credentialing, network workflows
- Process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE)
- Business rules, exception handling, and dependencies
Hands-on experience with RPA / Automation (UiPath – Mandatory)
Familiarity with healthcare systems such as FACETS or similar
Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills
Experience with tools: MS Visio, Miro, Jira, Confluence, BPM tools
Knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid processes
