Summary

Duration: 3+ Month Contract

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Clinical Research Administration professional to lead special projects supporting research operations, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in clinical research billing and finance, research compliance, policy development, educational programming, and cross-functional project leadership within healthcare or academic research environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead clinical research billing and compliance improvement initiatives.
Develop and implement research policies, workflows, and educational programs.
Support research finance, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance efforts.
Drive process optimization and system integration projects, including Epic enhancements.
Manage special projects, investigator-initiated research programs, and staff development initiatives.
Collaborate with research leadership, investigators, and operational teams.
