  • Convergent Invoicing (CI): Configure billing processes, grouping/aggregation logic, rating integration, invoice generation, and billing reversals
  • FI-CA (Contract Accounting): Set up customer accounts, dunning, payment processing, open item management, and account determination for posting to FI-CO
  • Integration & Workflows: Connect CI/FI-CA with SAP Convergent Charging (CC) and Service Order Management (SOM)
  • Manage API integrations with tax engines and external systems
  • Business Rules & Automation: Implement custom events, rules using BRF+, and manage process execution for both prepaid and postpaid services
