Summary

Werner Consulting Group LLC (WCG) is a Denver based IT consulting and placement firm. We have a client looking for a FULL REMOTE product manager who has experience with healthcare revenue cycle products. This goes through April 2027 and could easily extend beyond that as well.

Looking for three years experience as a product manager. And 6 months+ of healthcare revenue cycle product experience.

Client is building an end-to-end healthcare platform that connects care for individuals at every stage along their health journey from earlier diagnosis and prevention, through supporting the transplant process, to ensuring patients are supported at home, in our centers, and in the hospital.

Our technology team plays a vital role in advancing company s kidney care platform and we're growing! We re looking for a Product Manager, Revenue Cycle to lead the strategy and execution for our revenue cycle capabilities within company Integrated Kidney Care organization. In this role, you ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and launching products that will transform our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and Execute Product Strategy: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for revenue cycle initiatives, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization. Effectively translate the product strategy into a product roadmap that serves business outcomes and value delivery.
  • Identify and Prioritize High-Impact Use Cases: Using data and customer insights, work closely with users and stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities that align with our objectives.
  • Translate Business Needs into Solutions: Translate customer needs and technical insights into clear and concise product specifications and requirements that articulate user stories, functionality, and technical constraints.
  • Manage Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with revenue cycle operations teams, engineering, compliance, and clinical teams to build, test, and deploy solutions that deliver value. Ensure solutions are compliant, safe, accurate, reliable, and integrated seamlessly into our platforms.
  • Monitor and Measure Success: Define and analyze Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to measure the impact and success of products, using data to inform future iterations and roadmap. Monitor integration data flow, identify and prevent errors, and ensure high quality billing processes.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage the vendor relationships of the products within our revenue cycle digital portfolio. Hold vendors accountable to SLAs and drive resolution of defects that impact revenue cycle operations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Product Management: 3+ years of experience as a product manager, or related, with a strong track record of launching successful software products. Experience in healthcare revenue cycle products.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: The ability to think big picture and translate complex, ambiguous problems into a clear product roadmap with measurable outcomes.
  • Communication and Influence: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Experience with the healthcare industry and the revenue cycle technology used within. Knowledge of chronic disease management and risk adjustment is a plus.
