Project: Imaging/Enterprise Document Repository (I/EDR7)

Detailed Job Description: IEDR7 is a technical project to combine existing functions in Imaging and Enterprise Document Repository (IEDR), and Onsite Scanning (OSS) systems. IEDR7 will provide local social service districts (LSSDs) and state human service agency staff throughout New York State with various methods for on-site scanning and indexing of case and client documents and webbased access to stored images. The combined system will provide image capture and retrieval for Medical Assistance (MA), Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), Temporary Assistance (TA), and Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) programs supported by LSSDs and administered by OTDA.
