The Team: The S&P Global Market Intelligence ETF & Benchmarking Solutions (EBS) team is composed of subject matter experts in ETF's, index solutions, and custom baskets. We are dedicated to providing insightful products, services, and thought leadership to EBS's diverse client base while delivering a superior client experience. Our team collaborates closely with our Product, Sales, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure we exceed our customers' expectations and provide first-class service.
Responsibilities and Impact: - Assist in maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company's products, including their capabilities and limitations.
- Support the team in analyzing market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Product Specialist team to engage with existing clients, assisting in technical product requirements and enhancements.
- Participate in client reviews and product demonstrations, contributing to training and information sharing.
- Aid in data analysis to identify trends and opportunities to enhance or expand the client product experience.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $25 to $30. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
What We're Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: - Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets to derive insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Additional Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with securities finance, ETFs, or benchmarking solutions.
- Experience with data analysis tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in financial markets and product management.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
