Position Overview:
The Freddie Mac Single Family team seeks an experienced Customer Relations Management Senior to lead and advance the Seller Engagement organization's long-term strategy and drive initiatives that achieve business goals. This role is pivotal in influencing new Seller business decisions, shaping pricing strategies, and developing channels for the adoption and distribution of Freddie Mac tools and technology through Secondary Market Advisors (SMAs).

  • Support the development and execution of organizational strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Solve problems using innovative approaches, leveraging insights to create effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement management reporting for projects, programs, and initiatives across Single Family.
  • Conduct research and analysis on operational effectiveness, processes, and partners.
  • Participate in team discussions, represent Seller Engagement with key stakeholders, and contribute to enhancements in analytic and database tools.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree, preferred
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in residential mortgage; primary and/or secondary mortgage market experience in capital markets, operations, sales, or technology. Mortgage Capital Markets experience is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with a focus on results.
  • Tableau and Salesforce experience preferred; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and executive presentations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to senior leadership.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization abilities.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $145,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
