Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong banking domain experience, particularly in customer service/servicing operations, and hands-on experience supporting web-based applications. The BSA will work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, support application enhancements, and coordinate testing and production support.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
• Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
• Strong experience in Banking Service / Operations; Sales-only background is not suitable.
• Experience with web applications / customer-facing applications.
• Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
• Functional specifications, BRD/FRD/User Stories.
• UAT, functional testing and defect management.
• Process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Basic SQL/data analysis is preferred.
• JIRA/Confluence and Visio experience is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from Banking Service/Operations teams.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Analyze and document existing and future-state web application workflows.
• Work with developers, QA and business stakeholders to deliver application enhancements.
• Create and execute UAT scenarios/test cases and coordinate defect resolution.
• Support application releases, implementation, go-live and production issues.
• Identify process gaps and recommend system/process improvements.
• Create process flows, documentation and supporting business artifacts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Operations and QA.
• Ensure solutions meet business, operational and regulatory requirements.
