Summary

Position: Lead Informatica Developer
Location: Branchville, NJ / Short Hills, NJ
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite

Required Qualifications

Must have prior experience in a Lead role.
Minimum 10+ years of experience leading and/or hands-on developing Data Warehouse, Data Integration, or Data Engineering projects.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of owning project deliverables and successfully guiding teams through complex, time-sensitive projects.
Extensive experience with Informatica development, including building and maintaining mappings, workflows, reusable components, parameter files, and deployment packages.
Advanced SQL expertise, including writing, analyzing, optimizing, and tuning complex queries, as well as working with indexing strategies and execution plans.
Good understanding of data modeling concepts, including dimensional modeling, normalized databases, star schemas, snowflake schemas, and metadata management.
Experience with ELT processes and modern data platforms such as Databricks or Informatica cloud platforms.
Strong troubleshooting and production support experience, including performance tuning and resolving data quality issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
