Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Software Developer 3, recognized as a subject matter expert (SME) within the organization. This role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing highly complex cloud software solutions across multiple platforms including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

The selected candidate will tackle unusually complex technical problems, provide highly innovative solutions, and serve as a recognized authority in cloud application development, architecture, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced cloud-based software applications across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud platforms.

• Analyze complex client requirements and architect highly innovative software solutions that optimize operational efficiency and scalability.

• Lead the implementation, integration, and maintenance of sophisticated cloud applications while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.

• Solve unusually complex technical challenges including OCI-specific integration and deployment issues, developing solutions that set best practices for the organization.

• Serve as a technical authority and mentor to other developers, providing guidance on architecture, coding standards, and cloud software best practices, including OCI.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to influence cloud software strategy and ensure alignment with enterprise cloud objectives.

• Document technical designs, innovative approaches, and lessons learned to support knowledge sharing and future cloud initiatives.

• Stay at the forefront of emerging cloud technologies, OCI services, cybersecurity standards, and advanced software development practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 12 years of experience in cloud software development or related technical roles.

• Hands-on expertise across multiple cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and OCI.

• Proven ability to solve unusually complex problems with highly innovative solutions.

• Deep understanding of cloud-native application design, integration, deployment, and operational optimization, including OCI cloud services.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Recognized authority in cloud software development with demonstrated leadership in multi-disciplinary teams.

• Experience in secure coding practices, cloud governance, and risk mitigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), serverless computing, and OCI deployment automation.

• Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools, monitoring, and performance optimization.

• Demonstrated track record of leading high-impact cloud software initiatives across multiple platforms.

• Recognized thought leader in cloud application development and multi-cloud management within the organization.

Certifications:

• IAT Level II required.

• One or more cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, OCI preferred).

• Advanced cloud developer certifications (AWS Developer Master, Azure Developer Master, Google Cloud Developer Master) or OCI Developer Master are highly desirable.
