Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Director to lead and manage the information technology operations of our organization in Kerrville, Texas. This role is pivotal in shaping the organization's IT strategy, ensuring robust infrastructure, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, technical expertise, and the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with organizational objectives.
Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including networking, cloud solutions, and system administration.
Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor third-party performance.
Collaborate with executive leadership and internal teams to deliver technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Ensure the reliability and security of networks and systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
Manage budgets related to IT operations and prioritize technology investments.
Supervise and mentor technical teams to drive successful project execution and operational excellence.
Monitor compliance with banking regulations and information security standards.
Develop and oversee long-term technology planning to support scalability and innovation.
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in a financial or regulated environment.
Expertise in developing and executing IT strategies aligned with business goals.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, Cisco technologies, and backup systems.
Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and performance oversight.
Familiarity with banking regulatory requirements, including the Bank Secrecy Act and information security standards.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage budgets effectively.
Solid understanding of configuration management and infrastructure planning.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to lead through change and drive innovation.
