Job Details

Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
This successful General Superintendent candidate will be an integral part of our team and will require 10+ years of experience in a self-perform environment, building water and wastewater infrastructure. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the field culture, build strong teams, and establish a trusted reputation in the region - all while working on complex, meaningful projects that directly impact local communities.

What You'll Do:
  • Direct all field operations on major water/wastewater treatment and pump station projects
  • Oversee and mentor field leadership, including Superintendents and Foremen
  • Partner with Project Managers and Estimators to improve constructability and efficiency
  • Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance at every phase
  • Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing water infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of excavation/backfill, concrete, and piping/mechanical
  • Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach running multiple superintendents, projects, and field personnel
  • Experience leading $50M+ W/WW projects
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and team success
