Summary

Hiring: Lead Consultant – Business Analyst / Product Owner (Indirect Lending)
Location: Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Required Experience:
• 10+ years in IT / Banking / Financial Services
• Strong Product Owner / Business Analyst background
• Hands-on experience in Indirect Lending (Home Improvement, Remodeling, Flipping, Service Financing)
• Expertise in Digital Banking Platforms, API integrations, Open Banking, Mobile/Web modernization
• Strong Agile / SAFe experience (PI Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning)
• Experience with requirement gathering, user stories, UAT, release management
• Exposure to UiPath / RPA automation preferred
• Experience in banking transformation / modernization programs (Truist-like integrations preferred)
