Job Title: QA Automation Lead with Tosca

Location: Hybrid (Bethesda, MD)

Job Description:

• Senior End to End Test/ Automation QA Lead
• 8+ years of experience in software testing with strong automation focus.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca (mandatory).
• Lead end-to-end automation strategy, framework design, and CI/CD integration.
• Strong understanding of mobile ecosystem (iOS, Android, native/hybrid apps, APIs).
• Write and review test cases based on user stories in Jira.
• Perform test execution, defect logging, tracking, and RCA with structured reporting.
• Lead and assign QA tasks; mentor team members on automation best practices.
• Experience with Postman (API testing) and Charles Proxy (network validation).
• Ensure requirement-to-test traceability and quality metrics reporting.
• Hospitality / hotel booking domain knowledge is a strong advantage.
