About the Opportunity

We are looking for motivated and passionate entry level candidates or entry-level candidates for an exciting AI/ML Developer – Training & Deployment opportunity. This role includes an intensive 3-month training program followed by deployment on real-time projects with U.S.-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

Training Phase

• Participate in a structured 3-month AI/ML training program
• Learn machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and real-world AI applications
• Gain hands-on experience with:
  • Data preprocessing
  • Model development
  • Model evaluation and optimization
  • Deployment workflows
• Follow coding standards and version control best practices

Development & Deployment Phase

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions for client projects
• Work on use cases involving:
  • Machine Learning
  • NLP
  • Deep Learning
  • Computer Vision
• Analyze large datasets and improve model performance
• Integrate ML models into production systems using APIs and cloud platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients

Quality Assurance & Monitoring

• Test and validate AI/ML models for scalability and performance
• Monitor deployed models and improve them based on feedback and data drift
• Ensure deployment follows industry best practices

Continuous Learning

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies
• Participate in workshops, hackathons, and learning sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts
• Proficiency in Python
• Good communication and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools
• Experience with Git/version control
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus
