Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking a hands-on Facilities Support Technician to maintain and support commercial building infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and building automation systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment monitoring, and general building maintenance.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on facilities or commercial building maintenance experience.

  • Basic electrical troubleshooting and wiring (up to 480V AC).

  • HVAC and mechanical maintenance (pumps, fans, air handlers).

  • Experience monitoring Building Automation Systems (BAS).

  • Knowledge of electrical testing tools such as multimeters and voltmeters.

  • Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.

  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and follow safety procedures.

Additional Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Data center, commercial facility, or critical infrastructure experience is a plus.
