ICOFT Test EngineerLocation: Huntsville, AL Description:Seeking a Test Engineer to support the Systems Simulation, Software, and Integration Directorate (S3I) in continuation of the Institutional Conduct of Fire Trainer (ICOFT) sustainment and development of the Radar Training Device (RTD).
Responsibilities and Requirements:- Experience working with test team documentation such as test procedures, Test Readiness Reviews, and Test Reports
- Work in collaboration to create instructions to test new features and bug corrections based on Customer Requirements
- Facilitating communications between multiple teams
- Verifying functionality of hardware after software and configuration changes
- Conduct and execute testing events for software upgrades
- Document and present results of testing
Required Skills:- Experience with manual and functional testing
- Experience with MDA or Army
- Familiar with Atlassian Suite/Jira
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong writing ability
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
- Basic Computer Skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Time management capabilities
- Active Security Clearance
Desired Skills:- Experience with Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS)
Education and Experience:- BS degree in engineering, or related field, and 0-3+ years of related test experience
