Job Title: AWS Python Developer

Job Duration: 6+ Months Contract to Hire
Note:
Qualifications:
4-6 years work experience or equivalent experience. Background with AWS, Python (more engineering not automation) and strong SQL queries. Bonus would be AI and ServiceNow.
Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable, efficient, and compliant middleware solutions built on AWS
Utilize Python to build, enhance, and automate business processes and workflows
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in cloud-based environments to maintain system uptime and stability
Provide support to key business partners for business-critical vendor applications
Basic knowledge of insurance and financial services products preferred.
Basic planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required.
Proficiency with database applications, knowledge of mainframe, distributed and/or web programming language.
Excellent time management skills preferred.
Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both It and non-IT partners.
May be required to provide on-call support.
Associate''''s or bachelor''''s degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities:
Able to work with guidance on software development/solutions.
With guidance, conduct analysis and development, elicit requirements, write correct and clean coding, automated testing, debugging, documentation, quality assurance review, implementation and maintenance.
Able to work with guidance on multiple layers of the solution if needed.
Participates in technical design of features.
