Title: Automation Developer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA/ Dallas, TX
Technical Skills:-
- Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred)
- Experience with IQ Bot / Document Automation (OCR and structured/unstructured data)
- Strong understanding of RPA frameworks, reusable components, and best practices
- Experience with scripting in Python is must.
- Knowledge of API integrations, REST/SOAP services, and database interactions (SQL)
- Experience with Windows applications, web automation, Citrix, and virtual environments
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum, and DevOps concepts
Functional & Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and technical discussions
- Ability to work independently and lead automation initiatives end-to-end
- Experience mentoring junior team members and guiding best practices
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Automation Anywhere certification(s) (Advanced / Master RPA Professional)
- Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus
- Experience working in banking, financial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of attended and unattended bot architectures
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (A360 / Enterprise)
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and automation workflows
- Develop reusable, modular, and scalable bots following RPA best practices and coding standards
- Handle exception management, error handling, logging, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams during the full automation lifecycle
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure quality and consistency
- Support UAT, production deployments, and post-production support, including issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards
- Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and operational runbooks
