Position Overview

• Role: Oracle WMS Cloud Functional Consultant
• Experience Required: 15+ Years
• Location: Remote (with occasional travel to St. Louis, MO or Phoenix, AZ)
• Type:  Contract

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Lead the functional design, configuration, and rollout of Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud (OWMS) solutions for enterprise clients.
• Business Alignment: Partner with warehouse operations and IT leadership to analyze business processes and map them to Oracle WMS capabilities.
• Core Configuration: Set up item masters, inbound receiving, wave planning, task management, pick/pack/ship, inventory control, and cycle counting.
• Integrations & Hardware: Oversee integration points with ERP systems, Material Handling Equipment (MHE), automation controls, and RF/barcode scanning hardware.
• Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor on modern cloud best practices, warehouse automation, and supply chain optimization.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 15+ years of cumulative supply chain experience with a dedicated focus on Oracle Cloud Logistics / WMS Cloud.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple full-lifecycle implementations from blueprint to go-live.
• In-depth functional mastery of rules/strategies configuration within Oracle WMS Cloud.
• Familiarity with cloud integration architectures (REST APIs, file-based imports/exports) and mobile/RF hardware setups.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
