Position: Integration Lead Engineer
Location:- Atlanta, GA
Hands-On Integration & Application Development
Perform hands-on development of enterprise applications and integration solutions in Java/Spring Boot/Cloud Microservices and webMethods.
Good to have knowledge in Talend, and Python.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).
Develop and enhance RESTful APIs, service orchestration layers, and backend business logic components.
Implement microservices-based application components supporting distributed enterprise systems.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
Develop reusable utilities, frameworks, and shared components to improve development efficiency.
Perform extensive hands-on development using webMethods Integration Server, Trading Networks, and middleware tools.
Develop service orchestration, transformation logic, routing, and error-handling mechanisms within integration flows.
Azure Cloud Implementation & Deployment Support
Deploy, configure, and support microservices and integration applications on Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
Work extensively with Azure services supporting application hosting, storage, monitoring, and networking.
Troubleshoot application performance, deployment failures, and runtime issues in Azure environments.
Support migration and deployment of integration solutions to Azure cloud environments.
CI/CD Pipeline Development & DevOps Execution
Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and related DevOps tools.
Configure automated build, packaging, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment processes.
Support environment setup, configuration management, and deployment automation across Development, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
Maintain artifact versioning, automated testing integration, and release deployment scripts.
Troubleshoot build failures, pipeline issues, and deployment errors.
SIT, UAT & Testing Support
Provide extensive hands-on development and technical support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Analyze and resolve application defects, integration failures, and environment-related issues identified during testing.
Coordinate with QA teams to validate application functionality and integration workflows.
Develop test utilities, mock services, and automation scripts to support testing activities.
Perform defect analysis, debugging, and resolution to meet testing timelines.
Production Deployment & Cutover Support
Execute and support production deployments and cutover activities, including deployment validation and system verification.
Prepare deployment scripts, configuration changes, and release documentation.
Provide real-time troubleshooting support during production releases and go-live events.
Perform post-deployment validation and production monitoring to ensure system stability.
Support rollback planning and execution during release failures.
Production Support & Issue Resolution
Provide hands-on support for production systems including troubleshooting application, integration, and data-related issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring production incidents.
Monitor application logs, system alerts, and integration transactions to ensure operational reliability.
Work closely with infrastructure, cloud, and support teams to resolve system outages and performance bottlenecks.
Technical Leadership & Team Collaboration
Lead and mentor development team members by providing hands-on technical guidance and code review support.
Assist in task planning, technical estimations, and delivery tracking.
Serve as primary technical escalation point for complex development and integration issues.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, runbooks, and operational support documentation.
Document integration workflows, configuration procedures, and deployment processes.
Support change management and release documentation requirements.
