Position Objective We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5 to 7 years of expertise to lead the successful execution of complex business initiatives across the full project lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership in planning, design, development, and deployment, ensuring that scope, schedule, quality, and benefits are clearly defined and achieved. The Project Manager will oversee the entire project life cycle while maintaining transparency to foster collaboration while following standard business processes. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, strong technical and business acumen, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for clear communication. Additionally, this role demands outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities to engage stakeholders effectively and deliver successful outcomes.
How you will contribute - Plan and manage projects from start to finish, making sure they're delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Define project objectives and create detailed plans and schedules that keep everyone aligned.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, balancing resources and priorities across multiple workstreams.
- Monitor progress, track milestones, and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate when necessary to keep projects on track.
- Identify, track, and document dependencies within the project and across related projects.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking actual spending.
- Ensure quality standards are met by validating deliverables and supporting testing phases.
- Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and key updates for steering committees and leadership meetings.
- Build strong relationships across teams, foster collaboration, and keep communication open and transparent throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications - 5 - 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record managing large-scale, complex technical or business initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business focused studies (Administration, Analytics, Management, Finance) and/or data and technology focused studies (information technology, data science, statistics, computer science or information systems), or a related field (economics or project management).
- Strong ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Skilled in building strong business relationships across the organization and fostering collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to act independently, demonstrate leadership, and take initiative while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in creating reports, analyses, and scorecards for management, and delivering clear, concise presentations.
- Skilled in managing third-party vendor relationships and coordinating deliverables.
- Experience working in a corporate environment and collaborating with functions such as Finance, IT, HR, Marketing, and Legal.
- Hands-on experience with Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project, Project Portfolio Management systems, or Agile tools such as Jira, ADO, Rally, etc.
- Expertise in various project management methodologies. (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns and trends.
- Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining focus on objectives and deadlines.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated, with a positive "can-do" attitude and flexibility to shift priorities as needed.
- Intellectually curious and proactive, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions.
- Experience utilizing artificial intelligence technology and tools to automate work tasks
Preferred Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Teams.
- Familiarity with the professional services industry and awareness of current trends.
- Background in PMO environments with adaptability to established PMO processes.

The salary range is $125,000 - $150,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
